Ooni Fyra 12: An ultra-portable pellet-fuelled pizza oven you can take anywhere. Fyra 12 tops 500°C in less than 20 minutes and bakes delicious Neapolitan-style pizza in 60 seconds.
What's In The Box: Ooni Fyra 12 pizza oven body with folding legs, oven door, fuel hopper, fuel tray, flame keeper and cordierite stone baking board, detachable two-part stainless steel chimney, and chimney cover which doubles as a pellet scoop.
Cooking With Wood Pellets: 1. Light a fire: Remove the chimney cap, fill the fuel grate with pellets and light them with a natural firestarter. 2. Feel the heat: Slide the fuel tray into your Fyra 12, keep an eye on the flames via the viewing hole and let heat build in the oven. 3. Fill the hopper: Gradually fill the hopper with pellets and top it up regularly to keep the fire rolling. A full hopper should last about 15 minutes. 4. Control: Control airflow by adjusting the integrated baffle in the chimney to cook efficiently and consistently.
